STARSEED HOME PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Between Starseed Home Project and Property Owner

This Agreement is made today between:
Starseed Home, managed by Charlotte Mahr, hereinafter referred to as “The Project Partner”

and

You as the Property Owner, hereinafter referred to as “The Owner”

1. PURPOSE
The purpose of this agreement is to establish a partnership in which the Owner allows the Project Partner to manage, list, and host guests in the Owner’s property under the Starseed Home platform and external platforms such as AirBnB.

2. PROPERTY LISTING AND MANAGEMENT
The Owner grants the Project Partner the right to list and promote the property under Starseed Home.

Listings may be placed on Starseed platforms and partner platforms, such as AirBnB.

Guests will primarily be students, teachers, or visitors connected to Starseed Institute.

3. REVENUE SHARING
Revenue generated from bookings will be shared as follows:
• Payment for the owner as agreed (and possibly an add-on)
• A part of the generated income goes to the Starseed Home team

The exact amount is depending on the season and the calculation by our team.

Payments will be made monthly to the Owner’s nominated bank account.

A detailed breakdown will be shared monthly.

4. RESPONSIBILITIES
The Project Partner Starseed Home will:

• Handle guest communication, bookings, and check-ins/check-outs.

• Provide cleaning and basic property maintenance between guests.

• Ensure guests are respectful and aware of house rules.

The Owner will:

• Provide the property in a clean, functional, and furnished state.

• Allow access for guests and Starseed personnel.

• Notify of any major repairs or changes in availability.

5. SPECIAL BENEFITS
The Owner receives:

• Long-term collaboration with Starseed Home Project

• Priority connection to international guests and cultural exchange

• Access to future Starseed Home community programs and events

• Complimentary property promotion through Starseed channels

6. DURATION AND TERMINATION
This Agreement is valid for a period of 6 month and starting from the date agreed down below.

In the case of misuse, dishonesty, or breach, the agreement may be terminated immediately.


Any disputes will be settled amicably or through local mediation if necessary.
